When you complete the Commercial Excellence Scorecard, we collect the following personal information.
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Your responses to the scorecard diagnostic questions
- Your Commercial Excellence Score and results data
- Technical data including your IP address, browser type and device information, collected automatically by ScoreApp and our website platform
If you subsequently create an account on our platform or purchase a course or programme, we may also collect billing information, job title, company name and communication preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes.
To deliver your Commercial Excellence Score and personalised results immediately on completion of the scorecard.
To email your personalised PDF results report to the address you provided.
To redirect you to www.routetoshopper.com on completion of the diagnostic, where you can explore the Route to Shopper® methodology, further resources and the Shopurai professional development pathway.
To send you follow-up communications relevant to your scorecard results, including information about Commercial Excellence Academy programmes, Route to Shopper® and the Shopurai™ community.
To improve and develop our diagnostic tools, content and services based on aggregated and anonymised scorecard data.
To comply with our legal obligations.
We will only contact you for marketing purposes where you have given your explicit consent through the opt-in checkbox on the lead form.
4. Our Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Consent is the basis on which we send marketing communications. You gave this consent by ticking the opt-in checkbox when completing the scorecard. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us at info@commercialexcellence.academy.
Legitimate interests is the basis on which we process your scorecard responses and results data in order to provide you with the diagnostic service you requested and to improve our products and services.
Contractual necessity applies if you subsequently purchase a programme or course from us.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
We share your data only with the following categories of service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
ScoreApp (scorecard platform and lead capture). ScoreApp processes your form data and scorecard responses on our behalf. ScoreApp’s own privacy policy is available at www.scoreapp.com/privacy.
Google Workspace (email delivery). We use Gmail to deliver your results report and follow-up communications to the email address you provided.
Asbiverse Group CRM (contact management). Your details and scorecard results are stored in our internal customer relationship management system hosted on our WordPress platform at www.routetoshopper.com.
www.routetoshopper.com (post-diagnostic destination). On completion of the scorecard you will be redirected to www.routetoshopper.com. Please note that www.routetoshopper.com is also operated by Asbiverse Group and is subject to this same Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose your information where required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
If you have opted in to marketing communications, we will retain your contact details and preferences until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
Scorecard response data used for aggregated analysis is retained in anonymised form indefinitely.
If you request deletion of your account and data, we will action this within 30 days and confirm by email.
