Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Asbiverse Limited is committed to making the Commercial Excellence Academy platform as accessible as reasonably practicable to people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments. We aim to work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a baseline standard, recognising that this is an ongoing and evolving process rather than a fixed state.

We will continue to review and improve our provision over time. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it.

2. What We Are Working Towards

Navigation

We aim to structure platform pages with clear headings and consistent navigation to assist screen reader users and keyboard-only users. We review this as content is added or updated.

Text and contrast

We aim to maintain body text at a minimum of 16px with sufficient colour contrast. Contrast ratios are checked during design but may not be audited across every page at all times.

Forms

We aim to ensure all forms include labelled fields and descriptive error messages. Some forms involve third-party tools whose accessibility is outside our direct control.

Video content

We are working to add closed captions to video modules. This is a phased rollout. Until complete, transcripts are available on request by emailing info@commercialexcellenceacademy.com.

3. Known Limitations

The following areas are not yet fully accessible. We are working to address these progressively and welcome feedback on any issues not listed here.

  • Some PDF study guides may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working through the library to improve tagging and reading order over time.
  • Closed captions are not yet available on all video modules. Transcripts are available on request in the meantime.
  • Some embedded third-party tools – including our scorecard, video player and checkout – are outside our direct control. We encourage these providers to meet accessibility standards and will raise concerns where we are able, but we cannot guarantee their accessibility compliance.
  • SCORM e-learning content is delivered via a third-party player. Keyboard navigability of SCORM content depends in part on the authoring tool used and is subject to ongoing review.

4. How to Get Help

If you experience difficulty accessing any content on this platform, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information or functionality in an alternative format. Depending on the nature of the request, this may include:

  • Study guides provided as accessible PDFs or plain text documents where reasonably practicable
  • Video transcripts on request, subject to availability
  • Alternative arrangements for classroom booking and communication
  • Reasonable adjustments to the delivery of your membership experience, assessed on a case-by-case basis

5. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you find any part of the platform difficult to use, or if you believe we are falling short of our accessibility commitments, please let us know. We take all feedback seriously and will endeavour to respond as promptly as reasonably practicable, typically within 5 business days.

6. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com or the Equality and Human Rights Commission at equalityhumanrights.com.
