H-SL1: Vendor Relationship Management, the operational enabler of effective supplier collaboration for Store-Level within the H: Holistic Supplier Integration pillar of the Route to Shopper® methodology. It serves as the direct operational counterpart to the strategic H-HO1 (Supplier Strategy & Segmentation). The module details how store teams transform strategic supplier frameworks into daily relationship excellence through five key dimensions: building productive representative relationships, managing in-store activities, providing performance feedback, addressing supply/quality issues, and facilitating supplier events. It emphasizes moving beyond administrative vendor management to creating “operational symmetry” with brand owners to drive mutual value.
