All products on this platform deliver digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing you confirm you have read and understood these terms.
1. How Digital Content Works on This Platform
All digital memberships, pillar packs, study guides and course content are delivered electronically and made available to you immediately upon confirmation of payment. Because content is fully accessible at the moment of purchase, our refund position reflects the nature of what is being sold.
2. Cancellation Rights and the Checkout Waiver
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. However, under Regulation 37, this right is lawfully extinguished where a consumer expressly requests that performance begins immediately during the cancellation period and acknowledges in doing so that the cancellation right is lost.
At checkout, before completing your purchase, you will be presented with the following confirmation which you must accept to proceed:
“I request that access to this digital content begins immediately upon purchase. I understand and acknowledge that by requesting immediate access I lose my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I confirm I have read and accepted the Refund Policy.”This confirmation is recorded at the point of purchase and included in your order confirmation. It may be presented as a tick box or equivalent mechanism depending on the checkout experience in use at the time of your purchase.
Where, due to a verified technical issue on our part, access has not in fact been activated, you retain the right to cancel within 14 days. Contact us at info@commercialexcellenceacademy.com in those circumstances.
3. Refunds on Digital Products
Shopurai™ Dojo, Pillar Packs and Full GUIDE™ Access
Once access has been granted and any content has been accessed — including viewing any video, opening any study guide or beginning any module — the purchase is final and non-refundable. We log access activity and this forms the basis of any eligibility assessment.
A refund may be considered only where all three of the following conditions are met:
You have not viewed any video, opened any study guide or accessed any module within your purchased plan. Access is verified against our platform logs.
Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
The request is based on a verified technical fault on our part that prevented you from accessing the content you purchased. Change of mind does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subscriptions cancelled outside of the above conditions will not be refunded for the current billing period but will not renew for the following period. To cancel a subscription, do so from your account dashboard or by contacting us before the renewal date.
4. Launch Bundles
Explorer Bundle and Practitioner Bundle
All launch bundle purchases are non-refundable once the enrolment window has closed and access has been granted. The checkout waiver applies. These offers are limited, cohort-specific and priced accordingly.
Where access cannot be provided due to a verified fault on our part, we will endeavour to restore full access or issue a full refund at your choice, as promptly as reasonably practicable.
5. Classroom Training
You may reschedule at no charge, or receive a credit note valid for 12 months redeemable against any future classroom booking.
The booking is non-refundable. Transfer to another participant requires prior written agreement and is at our discretion.
If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule to a mutually agreed date within 90 days, a full refund will be initiated promptly. Actual receipt of funds is subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
6. Book Orders
Physical copies of Speak Shopper or Get Shelved: The Shopurai™ Way to Future-Proof Your Sales Career in the Age of AI are fulfilled by Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. Returns and refunds on physical copies are governed entirely by the respective retailer or distributor’s policies. We are unable to process refunds for physical book purchases directly.
7. How to Contact Us About a Refund
If you believe you meet the conditions set out in Section 3, email info@commercialexcellenceacademy.com with your full name, registered email address, order number, the reason for your request and details of any technical fault experienced. We will review your request against our access logs and respond as promptly as reasonably practicable.
Where a refund is approved, we will initiate the return to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, though actual timing is subject to your bank or card issuer’s processing times, which are outside our control.
