You already know what good looks like.
The question is what you do with that.
Is this you?
You have spent years in Consumer Goods and Retail. You can sit in a category review and know inside ten minutes whether the plan will hold. You have watched trade spend decided by whoever spoke with most conviction, and range calls made on instinct wearing the costume of insight.
You learned all of it the way everyone in this field learns it. Slowly. On the job. From whoever happened to be sitting near you.
Nobody handed you a map.
And now you watch capable people making the same discoveries you made, a decade later than they needed to, because commercial excellence never got a discipline behind it the way medicine or law or accountancy did. It got job titles, war stories, and whatever you managed to absorb.
You can hand them the directions you never had.
That is what the Commercial Excellence Academy is for. 75 kata across brand and retail. Ten belts, Peach to Purple. A shared language for two sides of the shelf that have spent thirty years talking past each other.
Point somebody here and you are not selling them a course. You are giving a career the structure yours had to invent as it went along.
That would be worth doing whether it paid or not. It also pays. And for a few people, it has turned into something else entirely.
Where you come in
You do not have to sell anything. You share a free fifteen minute scorecard. It hands somebody a number they cannot argue with and a report showing which of their commercial pillars is quietly holding the others back.
The number does the work. You just make the introduction.
What you earn
Up to £149.50 a sale per registered user with no limit on the number of users registered through your reference.
That distinction is the whole thing, because your audience is not individuals. It is commercial teams. One Complete Practitioner Pack is £1,495, so your commission is £149.50. But licences are bought several at a time. Introduce a team of ten and you earn ten times that, from one introduction, for the same fifteen minutes. There is no ceiling on it and nothing extra for you to do.
10% on everything we sell except the Shopojo™ Membership, which is our entry rung and our job to convert, not yours. Your link is remembered for 90 days, because this is a considered decision and we would rather you were paid for starting it than lose it to a short window.
The full schedule, product by product, is in the affiliate terms. Nothing is hidden and there is no call to sit through.
Apply below
Every application is read personally, usually within five working days. The only question worth a minute of your time is the promotion one. Tell us who your audience actually is and how you reach them. That is what the decision turns on.
The easiest introduction you will ever make
Most affiliate programmes ask you to recommend something people must pay for before they see any value. Yours does not.
You share a scorecard. It is free, it takes fifteen minutes, and it tells somebody something genuinely useful about themselves whether they ever buy anything or not. That is a share you can make without spending your credibility, which is the only currency that actually matters to you.
Better than that, it does the difficult part for you. Nobody in this industry believes they have a capability gap until they see one measured. The scorecard scores them across all ten pillars, brand side and retail side, and shows them the one that is capping the rest. Most people are surprised by which one it is. That surprise is the moment the conversation changes.
What happens next is our job. They get their RiPe Score, a full report across every pillar of Route to Shopper®, and a follow up sequence written to help rather than harass. If they train with us, you are credited. If they never buy, they still got something worth having, and your recommendation still looks good.
How it works
We read it and come back to you.
- Get approved and you get your own dashboard, your links, and copy you can paste rather than write.
- Share the scorecard using your link.
- We take it from They measure, they get their report, our follow up does the work. You are credited when they buy.
You are not left to work it out
Approved affiliates come into the Shopurai® community. That is not a mailing list we forget about.
You get what we know. What is genuinely moving across categories rather than the version that reaches the trade press. The selling tools we use ourselves, ready to use rather than ready to adapt. The thinking behind the frameworks, usually before it reaches anybody outside.
You also get a guide written for exactly this, with copy you can paste rather than write, and an explanation of every screen in your dashboard.
And you get us. Reply to any email from us and it arrives with the team, not a third-party helpdesk. We answer every one.
Where this sometimes leads
This part is not on offer and it is not a ladder with rungs on it. But it is real, so it is worth knowing about.
Some affiliates turn out to be more than a good introduction. They know the field deeply, they think in the frameworks, and the people they send arrive already half way to understanding what we do. When that becomes obvious, the conversation changes. A Shopurai® Ambassador works with our training team rather than alongside it, and is paid for that separately.
It is a conversation we start, at our discretion, when the fit is plain to both of us. There is no form for it and no number that triggers it.
Which is a long way of saying this. If what you actually want is to teach this rather than point at it, that door exists.
The one rule that decides whether you get paid
Your link points at commercialexcellenceacademy.com. Never at ripescore.com.
Tracking lives on our store. Send somebody straight to the scorecard and there is nothing on our store that knows they came from you, so when they buy, you get nothing for work you actually did.
Send them to our homepage with your link instead. The scorecard is the second thing on the page. They click through, take it, and everything after that belongs to you for 90 days. Same journey for them. Entirely different outcome for you.
If you are ever certain a sale came from you and it did not appear, tell us within 30 days and we will assign it by hand. We would rather do that than have you lose it.
Getting paid
- Commission is held for 30 days after the sale so refunds resolve before money
- Once your approved balance reaches £250, we email you the exact figure and ask for an invoice. Please wait for that email. The balance in your dashboard includes commission still inside the holding period, so it is almost always higher than what is actually payable.
- We pay monthly, in arrears, in pounds sterling, by bank
- Nothing is lost if you never reach £250. We pay any outstanding balance in full once a year, and whenever an account closes. You keep what you earn.
Applying from outside the UK
You are welcome. We are a UK company and affiliates anywhere are fine, with two honest caveats. We cannot pay where UK sanctions law prohibits it, and we cannot pay where our bank will not reach. Everything is paid in pounds sterling, and your own bank’s conversion charges are yours.
What we ask
- Say you earn a Clearly, near the link, before somebody clicks. Whatever the rules are where you and your audience are, follow them.
- Only say things you believe. No invented results, no fabricated
- Promise nothing on our Not a salary, not a promotion, not an outcome. The work does that or it does not.
Who this is not for
Being straight saves us both time. This is a small programme, deliberately, and every application is read personally.
- Coupon, voucher and deal aggregator
- Anyone planning to buy traffic or bid on our brand
- Audiences with no connection to commercial roles in Consumer Goods and The products will not land, and a recommendation that does not land costs you more than it earns.
Questions people ask
Do I need to have taken the scorecard myself?
No, but do it anyway. It is free and takes fifteen minutes. You will not sell a measurement you have never had, and your own result is the most natural thing you will ever post about.
Do I need to be a customer?
No.
What if I already work in the field and my employer might object?
That is between you and them, and worth checking before you apply.
How many affiliates are there?
Few, deliberately. This is not a volume programme.
How do I become a Shopurai® Ambassador?
You do not apply. It is a conversation we start when the fit is obvious, and it is entirely at our discretion. Do the affiliate part well because you want to, not because you are working towards something. That, as it happens, is also the only route.
Can I promote in a language other than English?
Yes. The products are in English, so be straight with your audience about that.
What if I am rejected?
You will get an email saying so. It is usually about audience fit rather than anything about you. If you think we have misread it, reply and say so.
Read the full affiliate terms. They are written to be read, not to be got past.
