This module establishes the strategic foundation for Shopper Insight Application by providing structured approaches to gathering, analysing and applying customer understanding in decision making. Moving beyond basic demographic data, it develops holistic insight through research design, segmentation, need state identification, trend monitoring and insight generation. The module converts fragmented data into clear strategic direction, enabling retailers to move from intuition-led assumptions to evidence-based decisions that support sustainable competitive advantage.
