S-SL5: Local Test Implementation, the operational enabler for systematically executing shopper experiments and validating commercial hypotheses at the Store-Level within the S: Shopper Insight Application pillar of the Route to Shopper® methodology. This module represents the operational culmination of the Shopper Insight Application pillar. While S-HO5 defines the strategic testing framework, S-SL5 focuses on executing experiments at the moment of truth in-store. It translates theoretical plans into practical insight by enabling frontline teams to run test protocols accurately, capture execution feedback, observe shopper responses, identify operational implications and support rapid iteration. The module bridges strategy and real-world application, ensuring shopper insights are validated against actual behaviour rather than assumptions.
