T-SL4: Technology Utilisation, the frontline enabler of effective, experience-driven execution for Store-Level within the T: Team Engagement pillar of the Route to Shopper® methodology. It serves as the direct operational counterpart to the strategic T-HO4 (Technology Strategy & Selection). The module focuses on how frontline teams maximise technology investments through five key dimensions: effective system operation, customer-facing technology support, basic troubleshooting, performance feedback, and the adoption of new implementations. It emphasises transforming digital potential into tangible operational value and enhanced customer experiences.
