T-SL5: Performance Development

T-SL5: Performance Development, the practical driver of continuous performance improvement for Store-Level within the T: Team Engagement pillar of the Route to Shopper® methodology. It serves as the direct operational counterpart to the strategic T-HO5 (Performance Management Framework). The module focuses on how frontline teams transform strategic performance frameworks into tangible capability enhancement through five key dimensions: monitoring individual and team performance, coaching and developing team members, recognising and reinforcing positive behaviours, addressing performance gaps and implementing improvement plans. It emphasises transforming human potential into operational excellence through structured, continuous engagement rather than periodic administrative reviews.
