P-HO3: Visual Merchandising Strategy, the strategic enabler of engaging and commercially effective for Head Office capability within the P: Presentation Excellence pillar of the Route to Shopper® methodology. Module P-HO3 transforms product organisation (P-HO2) into emotive shopping experiences. This module establishes the strategic visual language necessary to express brand identity, communicate commercial messages, guide shopper navigation, and create compelling in-store environments that drive both emotional connection (I4) and business results. It develops the systematic visual standards and comprehensive guidelines that are subsequently implemented by store teams (P-SL3).
